US Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days including processing)** –  $9.00
2-Business Day Shipping (4 business days including processing)** – $16.00

NOTE: Transit time varies by region on standard, ground and USPS priority mail shipping methods 

We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them. Due to uncertain times, there may be a shipping delay with the shipping provider. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department via email at

** Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. territories take approximately 8 – 14 business days.

** Only USPS Priority Mail shipping is  available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

** Our online store only accepts US credit cards and valid US addresses.

** Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside the United States of America.

** Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

** Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.

NutraHeal Return Policy

Your online purchase can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following guidelines:

  • The product is returned with the original packaging 
  • Return Authorization number (RMA#) is included on the box

NutraHeal will fully refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned within these guidelines. Please note your original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Please allow 4-5 days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center. Upon receipt of your return, NutraHeal will issue a refund in the amount you paid for the item(s) returned, to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks of processing time from the time you ship your return. Refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.


We do not offer traditional exchanges. Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items. In order to process a return please follow our return instructions to return the unwanted merchandise and place a new order for the items you wish to receive.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you have received damaged or defective products upon arrival please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Problems with products NOT purchased from 

We can only accept returns for purchases made through All other requests should be directed to the original place of purchase. NutraHeal items purchased outside the United States must be returned in the country where the original purchase took place. Still have questions?
